StrategIA: turning strategic planning into a continuous process
Sep 2026
The problem we’re attacking
Strategic planning at many companies is an event: expensive, slow and bureaucratic. It happens once a year, produces a document, and disappears from day-to-day operations until the next cycle. Meanwhile, teams chase vanity metrics nobody connected to the business.
What we’re building
StrategIA is a strategic copilot. It starts from a North Star Metric, generates OKRs aligned to it, audits misaligned objectives and vanity metrics, and connects the quarter to daily execution. The idea is for strategy to stop being a PDF and become a living process.
Where we are
We’re in launch phase with our first paying clients. What works best: the OKR audit, which quickly flags objectives that sound good but move nothing. What we’re still tuning: the balance between what the copilot proposes and what the leadership team should decide.
What I’ve learned so far
A strategic copilot doesn’t replace the board’s judgment; it makes it visible. When the system shows that an objective doesn’t connect to the North Star, the conversation shifts from “what do we do” to “why does this matter.” That conversation is the product.
