Problem
The conglomerate needed a due diligence platform deployed regionally, across Peru and Brazil, that reduced friction in the user journey.
Decision
Define the roadmap and lead the regional deployment of the platform, integrating OCR and NLP sentiment analysis via APIs, using Design Sprints to iterate on the experience.
Result
The user journey was reduced by 70%, NPS rose 10 points, and the Customer Effort Score reached 80%.
