Decision

Build an agent hub (not a chatbot) that qualifies leads, books appointments, checks each brand’s business rules (bonuses, active campaigns) and escalates to a human advisor when needed.

Result

First-response time dropped from 8 hours to 90 seconds, booking rate rose from 27% to 51%, and no leads were lost.
